Moist & Yummy!!
I've been trying pumpkin bread recipies looking for something that was full of flavor a very moist. This is it! I recomend making a double batch, otherwise you're only using 1/2 of a can of pumpkin, double it up and use the whole can. Well that and it's so tasty you will regret it if you don't. Your first bread will be gone in know time. Also great for the one to take and one to keep concept. Freezes well.

Pumpkin Bread
I've been making pumpkin bread in the fall for years using this basic recipe, but I've kicked it up a little by adding toasted walnuts and golden raisins for a little texture. Always fabulous!

Predictable, but reliable
I've made this a few times. It's classic pumpkin bread. Not the best I've ever had but I like it, my company likes when I serve it for brunch, and it's very reliable.

Pumpkin Bread
I have to say this is one of the best pumpkin breads I have ever eaten! It is so moist. I loved the idea of mixing the milk and vanilla. I didn't have all the spices, so I used a teaspoon of "pumpkin spice" blend instead and it turned out great.

BEST ever!
This pumpkin bread is AMAZING. It's not a fussy recipe. I sometimes add dried cranberry. So, so good!
