Red Flannel Hash???
I'm curious how you came up with this name. I was raised on "red flannel hash" here in New England and it consisted of leftover ham, mashed potatoes, ground beets and fried in chopped onion. Very tasty on a chilly autumn night. Will try yours but I'm not so sure of the wine.
