I made this recipe for the 4th and added blueberries with organic apples. It was delicious warm with vanilla ice cream on top.

This was delicious. I used a variety of frozen apples and doubled the recipe. I cooked it in a 9X13 baking dish and everyone enjoyed it with vanilla ice cream on top.

I used Granny Smith apples and I omitted the nuts. It is a good recipe; I added a little cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I don't care too much for plain batter and like to spice it up a bit. this is a good stand by. BTW it didn't take as long to prepare as stated. Only took me about 20 minutes.
