Spicey
This recipe was misnamed. It should have been "Spicy Shrimp". The garlic was overwhelmed by the red pepper flakes. If you like hot food you'll like this if not skip it.

Needs Pimentón to be Spanish
A medium or hot pimentón is essential to make this dish Spanish. Sweet pimentón will suffice if fortified with a little ground cayenne. Forget about the crushed red pepper; the Spanish would never use that. Here's my recipe:
