I found the chicken great (although I seasoned it with salt/pepper/garlic powder), and the sauce to be way too overpowering. I love lemon flavored sauces, but this was too much lemon. I will cook the chicken that way again, but not the sauce.

Without the sauce, this chicken is terribly bland. To top things off, if you keep using the sauce, it becomes overwhelming. I seriously doubt I would make this again. If I ever do, I would modifly the recipe by adding spices to the chicken before coating.

My wife and I really enjoyed this faintly oriental dish. The almonds and dipping sauce gave it a thumbs up! Light and tasty.
