Toffee Miniature Bundt Cakes
I wanted to ask a question, rather than review. This recipe sounds awesome. I was wondering instead of making it in miniature bundt pans could it be made in a large bundt pan, would it come out the same, would any of the ingredient amounts need to be changed? Thanks for any help you could shed on this.

leavening
Cake flour has leavening ingredients included in it but 6 large eggs in this recipe will also add enough leavening all on their own to help these rise.

Delicious
I love making bundt cakes and I collect bundt pans. This is an awesome recipe for those small bites you might want to serve. BTW - the leavening agents are included in the cake flour. If you use anything but cake flour (as called for in the recipe), you're right, there won't be any leavening; it's what makes cake flour different from all-purpose flour. Hope this helps! :-)

I haven't made this recipe, but must wonder if the list of ingredients is incomplete. There are no levying ingredients like baking soda or baking powder listed. Every other bundt cake recipe I look at has these ingredients included.
