The best apple pie I ever made. I used Gala apples which made it extra sweet, not tart at all.

Classic Apple Pie
Just made this pie and it is very good, will make again, and pass reciepe on to my family (granddaughters as well). I did find that I will use a little less cinnamon and ground cloves, shaving back just a little, but was very happy with the over all out come. Also used Cortland and Granny Smith apples.
