Is this "Monkey Bread"?

This recipe sounds super, but seems to be what I have been making for years called "Monkey Bread". The same result but using the cheap buttermilk biscuits that come 4 in a pack. No mixing, no rising. Just cut each biscut into 4, dip in butter and sugar, and proceed from there. Results are super! Can be done before breakfast and served with breakfast. So easy!
