many thanks fabulous and easy
we are disabled. cooking is no longer easy. we could not get lamb shanks so we used two lamb round steaks. this recipe was easy for us. I put ALL ingredients into blender and followed the recipe pouring sauce over 2 browned steaks into a heavy casserole and baked in oven at 300'f for 2 1/2 hours. it was fork tender and very savory. Our 16 year old Jack Russell patroled the kitchen after the first half hour when the most wonderful aroma permiated the house.
