Sounds really super good. I agree that may be a bit much salt though, (and I love salt) I have a rack of ribs in the freezer from the last time printablecouponsanddeals.com had their $1 off of pork coupon. I will def. be making these with them.

I saw the review about to much salt for ribs. I bet it was a typo, probably tsp instead of Tbsp. I haven't made the ribs yet.

Omissions - errors?
Everything I read suggest stripping of the backing from the Ribs...Plus, most experts suggest a "Low and Slow" approach to cooking a good rib.... Temps in the 220-250 range.

Good, but way too salty as written!
I made the spice rub for this a few weeks ago. The spiciness and flavor was right, except that it was way, way too salty! I tried it again and used half of the salt that it called for, which made it perfect.
