Good, not great
I love squash, but hate cooking it because peeling cutting and baking it is so intensive. Unfortunately, this did not pack enough flavor to make it worth it to me to make again.

easy and so tasty
Couldn't resist buying a butternut squash at the farmer's market, luckily found this recipe, made it for company, worked out so very well. Easy to make and so very tasty, a real keeper, sure to make this again.

Butternut Squash
Very Good!! I was looking for a recipe for this. My Grandmother used to cut it in half, take out the seeds, put it in the oven upside down in a bit of water, bake, then turn them over and load them with butter and brown sugar. Oh so good!! The pecans make this!!
