Grill Roasted Turkey
I have grill-roasted fresh, brined turkey on several different gas grills according to this recipe. I have done up to an 18-lb stuffed turkey and it has always been a hit. I put the rack in a deep baking pan filled with stock, wine, and vegetables to catch the wonderful drippings for an outstanding gravy. Add a little wine or stock as needed to keep the vegetables from getting dry and keep a moist cooking environment. Apple chips on the fire in an aluminum pan with holes poked through the bottom
