Love the recipe, used
Loved the recipe, used crusty French bread with whole milk and sweet butter. Thick maple syrup makes the over the top. Great! now off to the gym to work off a couple thousand calories, Thanks for putting it in my inbox

Artery Clogger?
Do you Cooking.Com folks actually read what you publish? This recipe calls for 8 eggs and 3 cups of cream for FOUR pieces of bread. The nutritional/calorie numbers are way off because most of egg mixture must get thrown away, not that the recipe bothers to say that. If you can't, at least, do a mediocre editing job, get another line of work.

No way!
This sure looks good but there is no way I would make this the way it's written! The only thing good about this recipe is the fresh fruit.

Ridiculous!
In today's day and age of growing obesity and weight related health issues, why in the world would you put a recipe with over 1000 calories and 101 grams of fat per serving!

Maybe they made a mistake when giving nutritional
Has to be a mistake - if not, why did cooking.com insult us by sending this recipe when they should be the first to know that we are eating more wisely than this!

I can't even try this recipe! 101 grams of fat is more than Cynthia's rediculous.

Makeover
This recipe would certainly benefit from a nutritional makeover...say using Egg Beaters and non-fat cream. Otherwise, it's a heart attack waiting to happen.

CUT THE FAT & CALORIES
This recipe sounds wonderful. I love French toast. To make it more health-conscious, I would use fat-free Half & Half, half fat-free margerine, substitute orange juice for the Grand Marnier.

Might be delicious....
I made this with part whole milk and part light soy and it was good. I will never make this recipe as is, that is for sure! I couldnot believe the 101 gm. fat PER SERVING! When most everyone has either high cholesterol or is obese, this recipe is ridiculous.
