Yummy!
Made this last week, and couldn't wait to have it again this week. I used frozen bananas the first time, and the flavor was really good, but had to drain them because they were too watery. This week, used a perfectly ripe banana and it was even better! A new breakfast staple in our house.

Do not use very ripe bananas - If I make this again I will use ripe bananas but not very ripe. The banana I used had spots but no black and it was not mushy but I would have used it for banana bread. I thought flavor was okay but husband would not eat it - did not like at all. Said he would try it again if I made it with bananas that were greener.
