I make cheesecakes all the time and never make them without a hot water bath. Also with my experience and the ingredients included in this recipe I would say it would be baked in an 8 inch spring form pan. I am going to add this recipe to my favorite cheesecakes cookbook. To use this summer at a bar-b-q. Happy baking all :)

Cheesecake
In the crust recipe the pan size is included. And at the end of the recipe, it tells you to put it in water bath. Recipes must be read slowly so you don't miss ANY detail.

Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake
I have not made this yet, but I intend to. My favorite cheesecake recipe (from an old Goodhousekeeping cookbook)calls for similar amounts of creamcheese and eggs and is baked in a 9" springform and makes an impressive 4" tall cake. Wrap the filled pan in heavyduty foil and use the waterbath, it will keep the cake from cracking on the top.

what size pan?
Hard to bake this when the size of pan is not given. For the amount of batter I am guessing 10" but may be 9". If someone has baked this could they let us know how it turned out and what size pan they used and if they did the water bath. Thank you
