good cookies
350 is a better temp for these. Used applesauce instead of grated apple, added dates instead of nuts. Very cakey. Came out better as muffins. (cookies spread too much on pan.)

We love these!
I make these with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, and 1/2 c. applesauce instead of grated apple. I bake them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, and can make about 3 dozen. They turn out great every time and don't last through the day. We really like them.

Smells like Thanksgiving in a cookie
I made these for the first time today. I used a medium sized cookie scoop and got many more than 16. I cooked them for 12-13 minutes instead of 15. They came out perfect. They are a little dry but that's probably because of the dry climate in Arizona. Next time I'll add a little apple juice or applesauce. I'd highly recommend these.

condition- good but be aware of timing
I made these cookies for the first time today. However, the batter should be more than just 16, the batter made 20. But be wary of the temperature: do not put to 400 degrees, should be 350. The cookie bottoms were burned. so beaware. Otherwise the taste was sweet but not too sugary. Texture was correct.
