measurement doesn't make any sense
What does "Add 4 cups of the tortilla crisps" mean? Tortilla crisps aren't measured in cups! The recipe makes no sense as written.

Chile recipe
Henry I would like your homeade chile recipe so I can compare Cooking.Com's recipe with (dog food--canned chile) to yours with homeade chile.

Great quick recipe!
I thought this recipe was fantastic, using ingredients most of us have on hand. Of course, if you make your own chili and store extras in the freezer, using your own will make it better for you, but the canned chili works well with a few fresh ingredients. I used a medium cheese enchilada sauce, freshly grated Colby cheese, and took the time to toast the tortillas. My whole family loved it, and this recipe would make a great chip dip too, if you double the amount of cheese.

This is an excellent dish. The only major change that I made was that I didn't have any tortillas, but used bagged chips instead [that is what I had on hand]. It went together quickly and is definitely something that I will make again. I don't have family, but I was able to freeze in single servings and have already served some to company. They raved about it. I served it with mexican cornbread and a salad.

a totally bogus recipe with no real ingredients
canned chili is only dog food with cumin added. Canned enchilada sauce is for non-cooks who have never tasted any real food.
