Fat Free not necessary
Great use of fresh ingredients, but using fat free or reduced fat products is ridiculous. If you're that worried about fat, use a yogurt/buttermilk dressing or lemon juice with olive oil. I only use whole milk (preferably raw), and whole milk yogurt with a cream top (both far more nutrient dense, with good quality fat). Fat is not the enemy. "Fat free" just means they added corn syrup or something to give it flavor, and that is far less healthy.
