Not Sure of This One
Overall flavor was just okay; didn't like the texture of the corn tortillas. If I make this again, I will use flour tortillas. The corn were too dry and I had a lot of liquid.... just didn't like the consistency.

Fantastic
If you like Mexican this is just a great dish and does not take a long time to do. The person Barbara must not know how to cook-this is very tasty. I bought a roasted chicken at the grocery and did the sauted seasoning in the microwave. This is perfect for a party, football game which I did it for and there was none left. Just a great receipe HAVE TO TRY IT.

I thought this dish was great. KIds loved it too! Took me a little long to put all the ingredients together..but..well worth the effort. This one is a keeper. Enjoy and Thanks!

Very Bland
First of all, both my husband, a Texan, and myself (from Indiana), found this to be very bland and flavor-less. Second, it is not a quick and easy recipe. One pan to boil the chicken (10-15 mins., not including cool-down time), another to make the sauce (10 mins.), another to saute' the veggies 10-15 mins. including prep time), and another to cook the casserole. That's way too many pans to clean-up.

Spicy & Delish
I recommend making this recipe 1 1/2 (not quite double) and using a 9X13 baking pan. If you like less spicy, use a little less chili powder. It has a definite enchilada like taste! I garnished mine with sour cream and chopped black olives and my family ate almost the whole pan! I will make this one again......

Tasty and easy!
This was super easy to make and I like that it's a lighter recipe.

King Ranch Casserole
WOW! This is much easier than it looks and very delicious! I'm glad to have something new to do with leftover chicken! Everyone who tasted this asked for seconds+!! Goes well with a crispy fresh salad and some refried beans to round out! Happened to have a chocolate cake for desert, but that's not required!!?!
