I used regular thin sliced bacon. The whole family thought it was great and teenage boys even had seconds. When I make it again I will use less dressing or more broccoli as I found it a little heavy, but it was very tasty!

I don't like turkey bacon so I used regular bacon. Also left out the chestnuts and used chopped cashews. Guests love the slaw and asked for the recipe. For a different taste I used Greek yogurt.
