Really, really good
I have my own 2-day chicken soup from scratch recipe, but wanted to make something different from my usual stuff and this recipe appealled to me. Took longer than described, but this is a gift to my mother for her 93thrd birthday.

Soaking Noodles for Two Days ~ Never!!
A delicious soup recipe, but, the tip about making the soup ahead and refrigerating for two days is ill-advised! Cooked noodles left in any liquid for any amount of time will soon start to 'bloat'! Imagine unrecognizable pieces of noodles that now resemble coagulated Elmer's glue. If making the soup ahead of time, leave the noodles out and cook them before serving. The same holds true when using rice. Your guests eyes and yours will thank you! (And I'll sleep better!!)
