express shrimp & sausage jambalaya
Needed lots of extra flavor after my first taste test. I added about 3 tablespoons of a combined seafood blend spice. I also sauteed some celery (about 1/3 cup). Much, much more flavorful. Next time, I plan to use fresh bell pepper as well as a fresh onion. It doesn't take that much time to chop those items, and it's still a fast prepared meal.

Jambalaya
Spices and a can of diced tomatoes or tomato paste would not take away from the "healthy" part of this dish but would add flavor.

quick and easy but lacking flavor
This recipe was a very easy one to make but it lacked the spicy flavor I expect in a jambalaya. Some additional seasonings need to be added!
