Pastry flour!
I've noticed that this site consistently uses whole wheat pastry flour in its recipes. Where does one buy this stuff? None of my supermarkets carries it. I use whole wheat flour in many recipes but have never even seen whole wheat pastry flour!

These cookies were fine when they first came out of the oven and shortly after. By the next morning, they were hard and unappealing (even though they had been stored in a sealed container). I wouldn't bother making them a second time.

Great Cookie
This cookie is wonderful. A little crunchy, so if you like soft cookies this might not be for you. But when cookies are soft it usually means there is more fat content. Weight Watchers Pts. on this cookie is 2 pts.
