Not a hit
I was surprised to see how much of the flour mixture was still left in the bag. I think egg yolks are needed in order to make the breading stick to the zucchini, egg whites don't get the job done. And for the life of me, I couldn't get the things to brown. I was afraid to keep them in the oven much longer lest the zucchini completely dissolve. The sticks were colorless, mushy, and not that flavorful.

Oven fried Zucchini sticks
As written, I give this two cups, BUT, it's a starting point. I am not a fan of canned cooking sprays. Bought an oil sprayer in the "Kitchen Gadget" section of the grocery store for Olive oil (did you ever see a Canola growing?) though you could add any oil of choice. Also left the cornmeal out and substituted about 1/4 c. fresh finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Really? Really?!?
Wow. This recipe is strictly for the "sticks and twigs, no flavor" crowd. Hey, I'm not afraid of vegetables; in fact, zukes are some of my favorites. But this ain't happenin. The two measuring cups are from my wife; she leans toward the s&t-nf outlook. Me? Zero cups (and I cooked it).

almost perfect
this was really good; however, I added a little parmesan cheese to the flour/cornmeal mixture and it added just the right little extra to the flavor. I will definitely make this again.

Healthy?
Well, let me think abou this recipe, you don't have to deepfry, but you are spraying the hell out of the pan and zucchini strips with "cooking spray". I would rather find a good healthy oil like grapeseed oil and deepfry those things properly than subject my internals to cooking spray!
