Tasteless
I normally enjoy "Eating Well' recipes. This one was innocuous and bland but edible. I added mushrooms and grape tomatoes, did not help. I had enough for leftovers and made a curry sauce nad mixed together for the second serving and that really helped, Would not make again. Perhaps sauteing and browning would help the flavor but would be time consuming for a "fast" recipe.

I'm with Ann! This recipe is a keeper. I took her advice and added mushrooms and some diagonally sliced zucchini. It's light and refreshing but still satisfying.

Excellent!!
I absolutely love this recipe and have made it quite a number of times now. It's also great with added mushrooms and/or other vegetables while still remaining low in calories.
