Steak-&-Boursin-Wrapped Balls
Meat is only thing cooked. Have used boursin on burgers -- great taste with beef! This recipe assumes you will first grill the filet to medium or medium rare as you like, then make your wraps: slice the cooked meat thin, put bit of boursin in with raw pepper slices,and wrap. I tried quick-y version with Boar's Head Italian Roast Beef as the meat, and it was easy & tasty!

Steak & Boursin Wrapped Bells
This sounds marvelous, but doesn't say temperature or how long to cook it. That would be very helpful to me. I'm sure it's not that rare that you don't cook it. I love Boursin Cheese. I'm looking forward to fixing it.
