Breakfast or any meal!
This custardy, stuffing-like breakfast casserole had just the right flavor combo -- loved the swiss cheese! Just be sure to make the first part ahead, as it needs to sit and chill for a good while before putting into the oven. I'll definitely make this again!

THIS IS GREAT DUE TO THE FACT YOU CAN PREPARE IT THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR GUEST ARE ARRIVING OR BETTER YET IF YOUR GUEST ARE STAYING WITH YOU THE MESS CAN BE MADE AT NIGHT AND CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY WAKE UP IN THE MORNING. IT IS A GREAT BRUNCH ITEM AND REALLY SATISFIES EVERYONE ON MY LIST. IT IS ALSO SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT THEN THE SAME OLD BRUNCH ITEM YOU USUALLY GET AT MY OTHER FRIENDS HOMES.
