Bland!
This was very bland, and I had doubled the amounnt of curry paste. The amount of spinach is also a decent amount more than what the picuture shows. At least it was healthy. Try adding some chili powder or something.

Curried Squash chicken soup recipe
With all the fresh ingredients readily available, I can not imagine making a dish with a vegetable out of the bag. Why I quit watching cooking shows and no longer subscribe to Cooking Magazines. How hard is it to buy a whole squash?

Excellent, very authentic Thai Taste
Recipe turned out great, I think you have to fine tune some of the ingredients I like spicy foods so I increased the amount of red curry paste and added a tad bit more brown sugar. I also pureed my own squash for a fresher taste, but overall fantastic soup.

DELICIOUS, but be careful!
The soup is delicious and simple to prepare. We have homemade soups just about every evening as part of our dinner meal, and I've made some similiar recipes. Do try it, but watch out for one thing - the red curry. It can be hot enough to blow your head off, so use it sparingly. Add just a tiny bit, taste and then keep adding just a teeny amount, tasting it, etc. until you're happy with it. Be especially careful if you're serving it to youngsters. Find it in the Asian/Thai section of the store.
