Very good and nice for something different
Just tried this, didn't have Bok Choy, because some one else purchased a head of a different asian cabbage. It was very good though, and I will try it with the bok choy next time.

Crunchy and tasty
This is a very nice, mild flavored slaw. Food processor makes all the slicing easy. Excellent dinner accompaniment.
