This is amazing! Made for hubbie who is vegetarian,& he loved it! First time I made it with frozen broccoli,but I did it the 2nd time as written. (I hate broccoli) I also made in overlarge muffin tins for individual servings & they pop right out!Very nice presentation that way. Thanks so much- I will be making this often!

A Hit!
Made this recipe last weekend to preview it for Thanksgiving. It got rave reviews! Didn't have stale bread but used a pre-sliced seeded wheat loaf from the local bakery. Had to cook the mushrooms a bit longer for all the juice to cook out. Will definitely make this again.

Tasty!
I used seasoned croutons in place of the country bread because i already had them and it turned out wonderful! It was full of flavor! I have passed the recipe to a friend who has not stopped talking about it since I made it. It makes a great side dish.
