Great Dip or thin with a little for salad dressing
I have made this for years because I didn't want mayo based dressing or dip. It's great to add a tsp. or 2 of cider vineger for a salad dressing. Lower in calories than mayo based but great taste.

Spicy Blue Cheese Dip
This seems too easy to be this good, but it is. It's just a little thick. I didn't even make it spicy, but added a little paprika to garnish and it was still flavorful. Serve with fresh vegetables to dip made it pretty healthy too.
