sounds good to me
First all you have to do is measure out eggs if you're using real eggs I myself don't use anything that has the words product or imitation in the ingredients. I think they also added the bacon to the asparagus in the same pan.

Where is the asparagus?
Whatever happened to the asparagus in this recipe??? the author says to cook it, but then forgets to add it to the omelet, or whatever that thing is made of "egg substitute".

Great low-fat alternative
This recipe shows that you don't have to give up flavor to give up fat. Thanks for providing a low-fat alternative to the usual fat-laden breakfast/brunch recipes.

Where's the egg?
It is terribly annoying and destructive of the recipe writer's credibility to not use real eggs in an egg recipe. There is nothing wrong with eggs. The outfit that got this rubbish recipe published had to be some company that sells egg substitutes, not a real cook or chef.
