Ok for week night
I had high hopes for this recipe. It was just so-so...I followed the recipe except used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Probably won't make it again.

Try this one!!!
I tried the Balsamic-glazed Chicken recipe tonight and was SO glad I did. This is a great recipe, in that, we all look for new ways to prepare chicken. This recipe delivers. The flavors are superb...sweet and salty...the best of both worlds. One thing I did differently, was that I left the skin on the chicken breasts. The skin was wonderfully crispy and delicious. Would recommend anyone looking for a new way to prepare chicken to try this one. Delicious!!
