When reading through this recipe it seemed the finished product would be tasty and possibly become a family favorite as all the ingredients are liked around our table (although Gruyere is a 50/50 split) Needless to say we will not be having this again because I don't think any amount of 'tweaking' could help. The end product was off-flavored and killed the taste of the crisp asparagus. Glad I had made some oven roasted asparagus as a side at the request of one of my children!

This is a great recipe. It is very easy and comes out great, The next day all the flavors come together and I think it is actually better tasting. We had it for breakfast.....
