Arugula and Parmesan Salad with Walnut Oil Dressing

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 bunches arugula, washed and dried
1/2 cup parmesan cheese shavings
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup walnut oil
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
Arugula and Parmesan Salad with Walnut Oil Dressing Recipe at Cooking.com
DIRECTIONS
Combine the arugula, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a large serving bowl.


Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk thoroughly.


Pour the dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately.
