RECIPE INGREDIENTS
16   dried apricots
8 teaspoons  crumbled blue cheese
2 ounces  chopped shelled pistachios
1/2 teaspoon  honey
Freshly ground pepper

Top each apricots with 1/2 teaspoon cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pepper.

Easy and Flavorful
The tartness of the blue cheese is balanced perfectly by the sweetness of the apricots and honey, while the pistachios add a nice crunchy texture. Suoer easy to put together, looks great, and no cooking required!
