Buttermilk..How Do You Use It?
If you think about it, it's bad when you buy it. I don't throw it out until mold grows on it.
Hey ArrrTee
Cool. Just thought about you when I saw it.

Unmanageable dough...

I'm used to doing the old tried & true pie crust with nothing more than butter, salt, water and flour but this time I thought I'd try something a little fancier. Let the unused mess of dough in my garbage pail stand as a testament to how it turned out. I think it would have tasted great if it ever became manageable enough to actually make into a pie crust. It was just WAY too crumbly even after I got it into a ball and just never flattened out right. Stuck to the roller too. Simply no good.
