Blueberry Ice Cream

Yield:  10 1/2 cup servings
Delicious and creamy blueberry ice cream...with no eggs. Simply combine ingredients and freeze.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
1 cup whole milk, chilled
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla paste/extract
1/2 - 1 full pint fresh (wild) blueberries

DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients (EXCEPT blueberries) in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended.


2. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine ON and let mix until mixture thickens, about 20-25 minutes.


3. Add blueberries during the last 5-10 minutes of freezing.


4. If desired, transfer ice cream to an airtight container and place in freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
