DIRECTIONS
Put blueberries and vinegar into a jar with a plastic lid. Cover and leave in a dark place for 1 week, giving the jar a shake every day. Strain through a fine sieve or double layer of dampened cheesecloth or muslin into a saucepan. Add sugar, stir and bring slowly to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and pour into sterilized bottles. Will keep indefinitely.
