Try frosting a Java Jive Mocha Snap with 1/2 tablespoon Café Mocha--a marriage made in heaven! This coffee lover's delight boosts the basic flavor component of White Russians as well; use about 1 1/4 tablespoon for each. For an interesting spin on Devil's Food Cookies, top each one with a teaspoon of Café Mocha.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup hot, strong brewed coffee

2 teaspoons instant coffee granules

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups confectioners' sugar

DIRECTIONS

Combine the cocoa powder, butter, coffee, and coffee granules in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Beat in the vanilla and cinnamon. Sift in the confectioners' sugar and beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth.

Serving size = 1 1/4 tablespoons
