RECIPE INGREDIENTS
| 2 cups mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon |
| 3 tablespoons wine vinegar |
| 1/4 cup prepared hot mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
| Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
| 10 cups shredded green cabbage |

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, blend together all of the ingredients except the cabbage.
|
Mix the dressing with the cabbage until all the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing.
|
Refrigerate briefly before serving.
