Chocolate Stout ice cream may sound weird, but its absolutely refreshing and delicious anytime!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups Soy Creamer or non-dairy creamer
1 cup Soy milk or non-dairy milk
12 ounces Bison Brew Chocolate Stout
3/4 cup granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
Incorporate all the ingredients into a medium-mixing bowl. Whisk ice cream mixture by hand until sugar is dissolved. For best results, chill the mixture in refrigerator before pouring it into ice cream maker.

Once chilled, freeze mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions. The texture will be on the soft side right out of the machine. For a firmer texture, stick the ice cream in the freezer for an hour or two.

This recipe makes approximately 1.5 - 2 quarts of ice cream.

Remember: chocolate stout, even in ice cream form, still has alcohol in it, so totally not suitable for persons under the legal drinking age.

non-dairy = not 'ice cream' See all of Christina's reviews »
Just a note...by definition, 'ice cream' is a dairy product....I'm sure your recipe is teriffic, but it needs to be renamed....it's not 'ice cream'. Perhaps something like 'frozen dessert' would be more appropriate.
