RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 oz cottage cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon cointreau or other orange liqueur
Fresh fruit, for serving

DIRECTIONS
Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the cream, cream cheese and sugar and process until completely combined.


Line 2 heart-shaped molds with a double thickness of dampened cheesecloth (muslin). Pack the cheese mixture into the molds. Cover with plastic wrap. Place the molds on a wire rack over a plate or bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours.


To serve, turn onto a serving plate and sprinkle with some Cointreau. Serve with fresh fruit.
