RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Four 3/4-inch-thick pork chops
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup fig preserves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Season the chops with salt and pepper. Coat the chops with the fig preserves and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, until fully cooked.
