One of the world's most amazing sets of dishes is on exhibit at Christianborg Palace in Denmark. It's called the Flora Danica service. Originally, Flora Danica was a set of books illustrating the plants and flowers of Denmark. In 1790, King Christian VII of Denmark ordered a set of dinnerware with paintings of these plants as a present for Empress Catherine of Russia. Today the set is considered a Danish National Treasure.

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
