RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
3 cups of berries (blueberries, blackberries,raspberries)
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in 9 X 12 glass baking dish in 350 degree oven.


Mix together sugar, flour and milk until well blended.


Pour mixture over butter and spread evenly.


Pour berries evenly over mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until brown on top. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.

Berry Cobbler Flop
With no baking powder, this cobbler never did rise nor did it bake well. This recipe definitely needs work. How about self-rising flour. Would not bake this again.
