My recipe is like a great old country omelet. It's a complete meal for the person that loves breakfast.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6 or 8 potatoes
8  eggs
1 cup of flour
A1 sauce
Garlic seasoning
1 cup milk
1 cup half & half
1 big onion
1 pound of fresh mushrooms
Velveeta cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon
DIRECTIONS
Slice the potatoes with the skins on and set aside.

In another bowl put 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour, a couple tablespoons of A1 sauce, and the garlic seasoning. Mix well and add to potatoes. (This also makes a great batter!)

Put coated potatoes, onion, & mushrooms in a skillet and fry till potatoes are tender.

While the potatoes are frying, put the bacon in the oven to bake.

In a bowl mix the half & half, milk, 6 eggs, about 2/3 cup of flour, and more garlic.

When the potatoes are cooked put them in a casserole dish, pour the egg mixture over it, add chunks of Velveeta cheese, and the cooked bacon (crumbled). Then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.

a recipe of few details
I am a pretty accomplished cook but the directions for this recipe were really meager. I would appreciate a more complete idea of what is incl in this recipe. Do the coated potatoes cook in oil? Is it the cooks choice how to chop or slice the onions? I'm surprised Cooking.com put this recipe on the site without some editing.
