Green Beans w/bacon & new potatoes
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb Fresh green beans
3-4 strips bacon
3 cloves crushed garlic
15-20 peeled pearl onions
8-10 tiny red or white potatoes
1-2 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut bacon into 2' pieces and fry in 2 qt. sauce pot.
Add crushed garlic and peeled onions to the pot, cut tips off green beans and snap in half and add to pot.
Add pepper, cover w/water bring to boil, add bouillon & potatoes, turn heat down to medium/low boil, cook 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
Note: I also add about 1 tsp of my Mediterranean Medley seasoning as I make & sell seasonings & Meat Rubs justsimplygoodstuff.com

Wow - 90 minutes to cook this dish? There is no way I would mistreat these delicious ingredients this way! I rated this with two measuring cups simly because the ingredients are right. But the execution of the recipe will be my own - about 20 minutes should do it.
