1 quantity Whole-wheat Pizza Dough
1 cup Spicy Tomato Sauce
1 cup mixed chopped herbs: chervil, rosemary, parsley, oregano, marjoram, chives, basic, etc.
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Herb Pizza Recipe at
Place a pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet in the oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

On a floured surface, press ou the pizza dough, using your fingertips, into a 12 inch circle (always pressing from the inside of the dough to the outside).

Place the pizza dough on the heated brick, tile or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the surface and then top with the herbs, poppy seeds and mozzarella.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pizza is golden on the edges and crisp underneath.
