Hot Chicken Salad

Creamy comfort food with just the right amount of crunch, this casserole is great alone or with a tossed salad and crusty rolls on the side.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 teaspoons diced onion
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup slivered almonds
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 cups diced celery
6 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients, except cereal,together. Place in casserole dish. Top with crispy rice cereal. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
